Well...I finally get to this one. This band is most likely my favorite all-time group from Sweden, and that is obviously saying a lot. I first came in contact with this band when they opened for Ben Folds Five at the San Antonio heavy metal club, Sneakers in 1996. When they took the stage; sexy and intellegent pop music began to fill the room, and the 100 or so people were blown away by the catchy hooks of this great Swedish import. This is their second U.S. release, and to my knowledge they didn't even play anything from this release; the one that would become my favorite album by them. I am very grateful that Komeda was asked on tour by Ben Folds Five, as I can say I was there when the band made their first American splash; and sadly, their only one in South Texas...so far.  I finally found a used CD copy of this great album the other day, so I get to finally play one of my favorite albums of the 90's for you this morning, in its entirety....crisp, clean and clear. (I've been listening to a MP3 burn for years.) This is going out to the people who had never heard of Komeda before this broadcast. Like me, they were totally taken unawares. Turn it up people and dance dance dance "It's alright baby, it's a crazy world, it's a bit absurd".
