Sadly, another tribute for this week's album. Another album I'm surprised we haven't played as well. I'll be honest, I didn't follow Television or Tom Verlaine's solo work too closely, but whenever I did hear things, I always liked what I heard. I can say that I've liked this seminal New York punk album since I first heard it in the late 80's, or early 90's. The title track is a show stopper, and the album goes further out as well. The guitar work is always strong with Tom, and the album oozes of New York City. He was known by so many musicians, and one of those artists that left a massive influence on the world of rock music that followed. He will be missed. Rest In Peace Tom Verlaine (1949-2023) - Michael - MFL
