Hello listeners and fellow party patrons…

Music For Listeners is going into its 26th year on the radio in San Antonio, and we are returning to Austin for our 15th round of Daytime Parties. Once again offering amazing lineups at Lazarus Brewing on East 6th Street, March 11-15, 2025. We will be running indie showcases for five days this year as there will be no Jazz for the Masses on Tuesday, and we thank Anthony Dean Harris for all his hard work over the past ten years! He hopes to return next year.

We have always had great support from our venues, from The Red House Pizzeria, to Flat Top, El Sapo, and now Lazarus Brewing. They have graciously given us a place for the parties once again, and we thank them for their generosity in keeping the budget pretty much the same as it was in 2024. To keep the costs lower for our venues, we have always left certain things out of the budget, and looked elsewhere for fill in those needs. Music For Listeners is not a profit-making venture. It is a radio show that throws parties every March.

For the past three years, thanks to the generous support of patrons and sponsors, we raised our goal and housed our crew in Austin. For the parties to continue at this level, we need to safely house our crew, and make sure we have the equipment needed to bring it to you. So, for the fourth time, we are asking our listeners and party patrons to donate to the cause. $5, $10, $20, $100 - Any amount you can give is welcome. We ask you to keep in your thoughts about the programs you’ve heard, or the artists you’ve seen at the MFL parties over the years. We are trying to raise $3500 in the next month to cover these extra costs.
