for broadcast on Music For Listeners.
21) "The Mid-Morning Recording" The
Orb-'The Dream (Complete Version)'
What can I say? It's the Orb, and it's their best record since Orbus
Terrarum'. Youth, Steve Hillage, Greg Hunter, and others are back into
the fold, and this album sounds like what a long time fan of the band
would expect it to. Dub, dub, dub, ambience, more dub, some more dub,
then some trance, atmospheres peppered throughout, then of course the
amazing samples....oh....and some dub. All this "Orbie" goodness
and for our FM broadcast, it was played complete with all the bonus
tracks from the digital and import versions tacked onto the end. "Let
the Music Set You Free" is one of the best tracks they ever made
and it's only on the Japanese version...a strange marketing decision
there. "Only love is the answer"
Michael - MFL
22) James-"Sayonara" From the CD 'Wah-Wah'.
