Not my favorite album by the band, but it is a very good record - start to finish. I'm playing it tonight in honor of local San Antonio musicians Chris Maddin and Chuck Kerr performing this album in its entirety on Monday evening just outside the studio where MFL is broadcast, on the Trinity University campus. This is the first concert thrown by the students and the indie rock overnight crew. Chris and Chuck already performed this album as part of their weekly stint at the Broadway 5050. They've been covering albums for three or four months now, choosing one album a month to tackle. No doubt, it is honing their musical chops; learning to play some of their favorite albums all the way through....and very well I might add. I missed the first performance of 'OK Computer' at the Broadway 50/50, so I'm happy to have the chance to see them perform it in an encore setting. I can't wait to see what albums they pull out next. "Such a pretty house, such a pretty garden."
