Lately I've been listening to a lot of my vinyl collection. Going back into some stuff I hadn't heard in a while. Since the second album from Page, Plant, Jones and Bonham has some radio play already with the bigger hits, I tend to overlook the album and go for their first, even more bluesy debut. Which is a shame because like a lot of albums, the song that don't get played on classic rock stations are overlooked. After listening to both their first and second albums this week, I've discovered while their first album is short and strong, their second album is longer, and more meaty. It also reminded me that this was the album that introduced me to the band. This is most likely still my fathers favorite Zeppelin album, as it was then. I dedicate this one out to him. "If the mountains should crumble to the sea, there would still be you and me."
