Now a long time favorite of MFL, Duluth's great blues/folk musician Charlie Parr released this album back in 2007. It was around this time we first found Charlie with help from the UK folk duo My Two Toms. Right after this album was released, I first met Charlie and recorded him on a trip to Minnesota. We've since hosted him in San Antonio, and had him up at KRTU to record a short interview and radio session. His website put up our 2007 live recording from Minnesota in the month of March as a bonus download. (That was nice of them.)
