Hopefully it's not their final album, but it's already been four years since the latest release from DCD. I was so excited to get another amazing album nearly sixteen years after their previous studio release, and the album also accompanied a world tour that allowed me to finally witness them live in concert. It was my favorite concert of that year, and certainly one of the best performances of any band I've seen. Incredible band, incredible music, and an experience I'll never forget. It's nice they put out a follow up live album as well featuring a few of the songs on this album along with DCD classics. I await the return of Dead Can Dance. "We are the children of the sun.
