Next week will be the first time I get to see David Byrne. I would love to see him in San Antonio at the more intimate Tobin Center, but I will certainly welcome the opportunity to see Mr. Byrne on friday up at ACL. A long long long time fan of his work, both with Talking Heads and his first solo albums writing score and working with Eno, I am excited to see him perform. In fact, I'm so excited, that if McCartney wasn't playing this year's festival, I would have done a whole show dedicated to David Byrne the second weekend of the festival.
