Still my favorite American hard rock band that is out playing today. I did get a chance to see Parker Gispert, the lead singer of The Whigs, do a solo show here in San Antonio the weekend before this broadcast, so I thought I would play another one of their damn fine albums. This album featuring one of my favorites of their live set, "Hit Me". I love the album cover as well, designed by drummer Julian Dorio. If you've never seen them live, then you are missing out! It's still crazy to think that MFL was the first place outside of Georgia to play The Whigs on the radio. A great band. Great people as well. "I know what I want, I know what I need.
