Most certainly one of the best singer/songwriters to come out of Texas in many years. We really do have an amazing share of great songwriters from Texas, so that is no small statement. From the very first time we played Molly on the show, we both knew that she is something special out of Austin. We knew she was going to turn lots of heads quick. She has a bluesy soulful twang in her voice, so her music styles sit there between Memphis, Nashville, and Austin. Strangely enough, she was born in Los Angeles, but studied Jazz Vocal Performance in North Carolina, before moving to Austin. All of these areas she grew up and studied in are somehow filtered into her music. Sadly, I had to work that night, but Orly met her when she played a small bar in the Southtown area of San Antonio. She most likely will never play in a place that tiny ever again. Her second record that was released in 2018 is even better than this first release released in early 2017, and that is saying a lot. This album is magnificent. We can't wait for her third album."You got me so downhearted." - Michael - MFL
