From the remnants of the band Pete and the Pirates, came Teleman. Pete and the Pirates was one of the first bands to play for us at our March parties way back in 2009. Around 2014, Pete and the Pirates called it quits, and Teleman was born. Since, they have become easily one of the my very favorite bands on the planet. They have released three albums so far, and the releases seem to get better and better as they move along. That's not to say that this debut release is bad, because it isn't. They are just getting better. This album has the single "Cristina", which is pretty much a taste for the sound that they would grow on with their second and third albums. .We've already played their second and third albums, and when I noticed that we hadn't played this one yet, I put it in the pile of must play albums. They really are an incredible band, and I can wait for another release from them, but also, I sure would love if they would come play live in Texas sometime. I've seen Pete and the Pirates, but I have not seen Teleman, and at this point, they are bucket list material for me. "Lie down and let the music play. Nothing in the way now." - Michael-MFL
