This past week, we received news of the passing of reggae master Lee Scratch Perry. I had heard some of his work through the years on various compilations, and I was pleased when one of my all-time favorite projects in The Orb decided to collaborate with him on an album. It ended up being two albums worth of material produced by long time Orb member Thomas Fehlmann. A groovy, irie pairing indeed.
