30) "The Mid-Morning Recording"        Meat Loaf-'Bat Out of Hell' --- Rest In Peace Meat Loaf
We found out the early morning of January 21st that Texas singer and actor Meat Loaf had passed. Being that this album is so extremely popular, it was a record that we just had never played before. I'd play pieces from it in the past, but never as an MMR. We pay tribute to the Spice Girls bus driver, and to the character of Eddie from the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Passed away at the age of 74. Jim Steinman's writing on this album was pretty much made for Meat Loaf to sing, and it has become the third best selling album ever made behind Pink Floyd's 'The Dark Side of the Moon', and Fleetwood Mac's 'Rumours'. Even though it was released in 1977, it got a resurgence on MTV when that premiered in 1981. It seemed Meat Loaf always tried to entertain, and there is certainly nothing wrong with that. "It's was long ago and it was far away. And it was so much better than it is today." - Michael - MFL
31) James-"Sayonara"  From the album 'Wah-Wah'.
