Another tribute album. I heard earlier this week that David Lindley had passed and I immediately thought of the time my father took me to see Jackson Browne on the "Running on Empty" tour in early 1978. It was in fact the night of the Super Bowl with the Dallas Cowboys against the Denver Broncos. Looking it up...it was January 15, 1978. I remember people had transistor radios to check the score of the game, mainly during the break between Karla Bonoff and Jackson. So glad that I can say that I've seen David play, and with Jackson especially. One of the first concert experiences I had. I was age 5, going on 6, and something I'll try not to forget.
