25) "The Mid-Morning Recording"     Sinéad O'Connor-'The Lion and the Cobra'
This week the incredibly talented Irish singer Sinéad O'Connor passed away at the young age of 56. Back in the day, MTV helped her gain success quickly with her debut album, and right out of the gate, listeners (and watchers) knew that Sinead was cut from a different cloth than others, and very unique. Very much political, but always thought provoking, challenging, and always wanting to break free of perceived stereotypes. It was very sad to hear that she has passed away so young. This album is up there was some of the best solo debut releases. A strong statement of political awareness, self-awareness and love. Rest In Peace - Sinead O'Connor (1966-2023) - Michael - MFL
26) James-"Sayonara" From the album 'Wah-Wah'.
