Sadly this week, we lost Mark Hollis, the lead singer and main songwriter for the band Talk Talk. When I first heard this album in the mid-90's, I was shocked to hear how much Catherine Wheel was influenced by this band. A little bit of pop, a little bit of Ambient, and as per usual, great keyboards and great production by Tim Freese-Greene. Catherine Wheel was so influenced by this album, that they hired Tim to produce their first album. Sadly, I never saw Talk Talk live, but they never really toured my favorite material from their output. This is easily my favorite album in their catalog. R.I.P Mark Hollis - Michael - MFL
31) James-"Sayonara" From the album 'Wah-Wah'.
