Every now and then I love to play a really great electronic album. During my recuperation period from an appendix removal operation, I've been enjoying listening some ambient recordings. I listened to a few albums from the Fax record label out of Germany. One that I hadn't heard in a while was this album by Richie Hawtin and the late Pete Namlook. Jeffery Smith used to play the hell out of this album on the KRTU airwaves during the mid-90's, and around the apartment where we were roommates. It's one of my favorite Fax albums, and since I had not played it before, this week was as good of a time as any. A lovely album of atmospheric electronica, electric beats, and trance induced melodies. Finding one on CD is pretty expensive at this point. I'm looking forward to the Autumn. - Michael-MFL
