27) "The Mid-Morning Recording" Camera Obscura-'Desire Lines'
Since seeing the band Camera Obscura perform in 2024, I've been on the hunt for all of their albums, and while I've had this album for a few years now, I recently got to see Neko Case perform here in San Antonio. This reminded me of her appearance on this album, and it was instantly my choice to play for the MMR this week. 'Desire Lines' may be my favorite album by the band at this point, and they have so many great albums released over the years. It does feature my favorite Camera Obscura song, "Break It To You Gently", so that certainly helps it for me. I've by far listened to the song more than any other by the band, and it's even better played live. Such an amazing band, and I'm glad that they are still around composing and performing around the world. One of the great indie bands of the 21st century. "You had the office before you had the business. You had the ring before you had the girl". - Michael - MFL
28) James-"Sayonara" From the album 'Wah-Wah'.
