Another tribute MMR sadly. The world lost the great Augie Meyers this week at age 85. In his honor, I thought we'd play the album that put San Antonio on the 1960's musical map, the hit album by The Sir Douglas Quintet. An album that features some amazing keyboard work by Augie. Augie was also the last living member of the supergroup, Texas Tornadoes. We had already played their self-titled album when Flaco Jimenez passed just a few weeks back. Augie will be missed.
