San Antonio rockers Education. They released one of the best
EP's of 2012, and played for us at the Flat Top in March.
Philip Bowman, lead singer and song writer for the band sits
in with Michael to program and guest host a show on his day off.

A special five hour broadcast to honor
Fax Records founder Pete Namlook

To honor of one of the most influential electronic
composers of any time, Michael has enlisted
KRTU alumni Jeffery Smith to co-host
and program a marathon five hour broadcast
featuring only music released by the
famed FAX record label. A record label founded by
Pete Namlook, who passed away in November.
We didn't even scratch the surface of Namlook's
output in this five hour special broadcast.
